SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 weeks, not including transit times, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware that delays and backorders could potentially slow down the processing of your order. We will do our best to process and ship your order promptly. However, please note that potential transportation delays due to high volumes, holidays, and weather may be beyond our control and could impact the delivery of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical shipping address.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@maxmedals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
